These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through www.sportsformuscle.com (the “Site”) operated by Sportsformuscle (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other posted policies.

  1. Eligibility to Purchase

To make a purchase from Sportsformuscle, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
  • Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information
  • Use a valid payment method authorized for your use

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet these requirements.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and availability details on our Site are accurate. However:

  • Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.

  • All items are subject to availability — if a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or duties, which will be calculated at checkout.

By submitting your payment information, you authorize Sportsformuscle (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

  1. Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt.
Your order is accepted — and a contract is formed — once your payment is successfully processed and the product is shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order if:

  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
  • Billing information cannot be verified
  • Products are unavailable

If your order is canceled, any authorized charges will be refunded promptly.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers, customs, or weather
  • Inaccurate shipping addresses provided by customers

Ownership of products transfers to you once the order is shipped.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

  • If we cannot resolve the matter informally, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of New York and handled in the courts located in Dutchess County, NY.
