At Sportsformuscle, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery for all orders placed through www.sportsformuscle.com.
- Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number (if available).
During peak periods or promotions, processing times may take slightly longer.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Package weight and size
- Shipping method selected
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and carrier delays)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Weather, holidays, or carrier issues may occasionally cause delays.

We partner with trusted carriers, including:

- DHL (for international orders)
Carrier selection is based on the best available option for your location and shipping method.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number and link.
You can use this link to check your order status at any time.

- Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
- Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to size, weight, or import restrictions.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain items.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
- Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
- If unresolved, email us at Support@sportsformuscle.com with your order number and issue details.
We’ll assist in tracking or replacing your item whenever possible.
Sportsformuscle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs clearance.
- Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
