At Sportsformuscle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
This policy applies to all purchases made through www.sportsformuscle.com.
- Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Certain products (such as clearance, digital downloads, or health and hygiene items) may not be eligible for return. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
- How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email Support@sportsformuscle.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will reply with a Return Authorization and instructions.
- Ship your return to the address provided.
Please do not send items back without prior approval, as this may delay processing.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your item and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card provider).
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact Support@sportsformuscle.com.
We will issue exchange instructions or process the exchange if the desired item is in stock.
- Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll replace or refund your item at no cost to you.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Downloadable digital content
- Health and personal care items (if used or opened)
- Clearance or final sale products
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or card account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund officially posts.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at Support@sportsformuscle.com for assistance.
- Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
